YOUR TASKS:

 Professional and technical supervision of projects in the field of heating and sanitation

 Carrying out status assessments of the technical systems

 Customer acquisition; Calculation; Planning; Calculation and coordination of construction site processing and personnel allocation

 Monitoring of project implementation with regard to compliance with technical and safety-related regulations

 Ensuring professional execution, intermediate tests and commissioning

 Cost control during construction site management

YOUR PROFILE:

 Completed training as a master plumber and heating engineer (m/f) or a comparable qualification

 ideally several years of professional experience with personnel responsibility

 In-depth knowledge of the installation of plumbing and heating systems

 Experience in the modernization of residential buildings, including when inhabited

 Confident mastery of common MS Office applications

 Enjoying a responsible and varied task

 Structured and independent way of working as well as a quick comprehension
